Annie Downs was born and raised in Virgina and currently lives in Mount Pleasant, SC. She received her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and her law degree from Charleston School of Law.
In her free time, Annie enjoys visiting the Charleston beaches and spending time with her family and her dog, Murphy.
