Personal

Chris Haynes was born and raised in Florence, SC. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, Chris had the privilege of completing a two-year judicial clerkship to The Honorable Daniel F. Pieper, South Carolina Court of Appeals. He then joined a local law firm, where he focused his practice on civil litigation. Ultimately, Chris decided he wanted to transition from litigation into real estate law and joined Weeks & Irvine in 2014. He now focuses his practice solely on real estate transactions.

Chris is a member of both the South Carolina Bar and Charleston County Bar Associations. In his free time, Chris enjoys surfing, snowboarding, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on his beloved Gamecocks.
