Personal

Brian Kerley was born and raised in Merrick, NY. He moved to South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He then joined a local law firm, where he focused his practice on personal injury. Ultimately, Brian decided he wanted to transition into real estate law and joined Weeks & Irvine in 2021. He now focuses his practice solely on real estate transactions.

Brian is a member of both the South Carolina Bar and Charleston County Bar Associations. In his free time, Brian enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Gamecocks and the New York Yankees.
