Ian C. Blackwell was born and raised in Hartsville, SC and currently lives in the Daniel Island area. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor concentration in Business Administration from The University of South Carolina and earned his law degree from Elon University School of Law.

In his free time, Ian enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his two dogs, Colt and Nova.
