Joseph W. Kessinger was born and raised in Charleston, SC and currently lives in the West Ashley area. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law.

In his free time, Joe enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his wife, Abigail and three children Sullivan, Blanton, and Matison.
