Philip Kelly was raised in Greenville, SC. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He began practicing real estate law in 2022 and joined Weeks & Irvine in the summer of 2025.

Philip is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. In his free time, Philip enjoys hiking, golf, pickleball and spending time with friends and family.
