Aspen B. Durham was born and raised in Greenville, SC and currently resides in Summerville, SC with her fiancé, Matt and dog, Cooper. She received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2019 and her law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2022. Prior to joining Weeks & Irvine, Aspen clerked with a firm focused on
criminal defense, wrongful death and domestic law.

In her free time Aspen enjoys reading on the beach, traveling, and cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks.
