Noel Santorelli was born in Staten Island, NY, and raised in Rockland County, NY. She currently lives in Myrtle Beach. She received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Florida, and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

In her free time, Noel enjoys spending time with her son and fiancé, listening to live music, and relaxing
at the beach.
